Permissions (Ruby City)
May. 4th, 2013 07:26 pm1. Typing Quirk Permissions
Rose types in pretty purple font, but luckily she doesn't have any of her castmates' silly quirks. She types with perfect grammar/syntax. Still, I understand that the bright purple courier can be blinding, so please comment if you'd like me to abstain.
2. Seer of Light Permissions
Rose is, canonically, the Seer of Light--which means she's semi-omniscient and -clairvoyant. Her powers have been capped in Ruby City, but they stem from attaining god tier--reaching godhood, essentially. Her powers actually have more to do with specific paths than general all-knowing-ness, and the bigger connection you have to her and hers, the more she is likely to be able to see.
Because of the caps, she'll probably only know little things at most, like your character's name and possibly a few of their hobbies or activities at Ruby City, growing in clarity with proportion to their relevance to her as an individual. (i.e. she's not going to know or care if you're cheating on your S.O., but she might pick up hints if you're working on a huge machine meant to help with escaping the city or something.) If your character has any sort of substantial CR with one of her canonmates, she'll probably also be able to vaguely pick up on that, though not necessarily the details.
The semi-omniscience can be tricky, and if you think it'll interfere with any delicious plots, just let me know and I will be sure to keep Rose's nose firmly out of it! (Or mysteriously block off her powers for a while.) Similarly, it can also be good for plotting that needs a big reveal or some detective work. Again, just let me know!
